Echo Central™ Server Software
Echo Central is server software for the Rover Echo software platform. It includes an administrative console that allows network administrators to push configuration settings to individual users or predetermined groups of users. This allows administrators to enforce corporate policies without user interaction. Echo Central provides:
- Ability to manage an unlimited number of users
- Ability to force user backups, locking down configurations and updating software versions
- Ability to create groups of users. Network Administrators can send different configuration settings to various user groups (i.e. Sales staff and Accounting may have different configuration options based on the types of files they work with.)
- Ability to manage the installation of Echo Central and new versions or updates to Echo Central. Installation and updates can be automatically pushed to users or groups of users.
- Ability to monitor all Echo activity through a simple reporting module.
