Rover Echo™ Client Software
Rover Echo is client software for desktop, laptop and mobile users that automatically delivers Continuous Data Protection for files. Echo is easy to install and requires no administration. The software is designed to run in the background similar to anti-virus software. Each time a file is saved, Echo copies the file to a second location on the user’s hard drive. By default, Echo copies the last five versions of each file saved. Echo will then copy data to an additional target (or more) for added backup protection.
An added benefit of the solution is Echo Mobile, which allows Windows Mobile 5 device users to backup their contacts. If a Windows Mobile 5 device is lost, stolen or damaged, valuable contacts can be restored to a new device in a matter of minutes.
